• Question: What items will Houston Computer Recycling accept and not accept?
• Answer:
  • Houston Computer Recyling is happy to accept:
    • Computers (This includes: Monitors, CPU´s, Servers, Keyboards, Laptops, & Networking)
    • Phones (office and cell)
    • Any wire
    • Printers
    • Fax machines
    • Scanners
    • PDA´s
    • Circuit Boards of any kind
    • Many unusual types of electronic and communications equipment
  • Houston Computer Recyling does not accept:
    • Full-sized office copiers
    • Home appliances
    • Medical equipment
    • Microwave ovens
    • Televisions
    • Car batteries

• Question:  What are Houston Computer Recycling’s Hours of Operation?
• Answer:  Houston Computer Recycling is open on the following days/times:
  • Monday – Friday  8am – 5pm
  • Closed on Weekends
    • If you have a pickup that needs to made outside of these normal hours, please give us a call at #800-820-5144 at any time.

• Question: Why must I pay for CRT Recycling?
• Answer: The recycling of each CRT involves removal of lead and mercury for which Houston Computer Recycling must also pay a fee.  We do our best to pass as little cost as possible to our clients in the process.

• Question: Is Houston Computer Recycling a tax-free donation center?
• Answer: Houston Computer Recycling is not a tax-free donation center.  Please note that this also means that we are unable to provide you with any tax receipts.

• Question: What happens to the data on my harddrives if I am a client of Houston Computer Recycling?
• Answer: Houston Computer Recycling employs all of the latest techniques of data cleansing and destruction to make sure that the privacy of your organization is secured.
